The New Code
Gnatta create customer service software for some of the biggest global brands. They wanted to create an ethos and company culture to attract more like-minded individuals and retain sought after developer talent.
To understand the current culture I created the retro robot, this character allowed employees to replay each other’s feedback on the company anonymously. The robot animations were shared over slack channels and used to inform discussion about how the company operates, helping us identify areas they would like to develop.
With these conversations, I developed ‘The New Code’ and new company values. These values were then delivered via a new office fridge, (one of the reoccurring complaints from the focus groups) fully stocked with beers and The New Code books.
